💧 The Recipe
1 can grapefruit sparkling water (I love the Spindrift, Nixie or Waterloo brands)
1 full lime, juiced
1 oz organic aloe vera juice (check the label—no additives!)
1 scoop Terra Origin Gut Healing Powder (I use the unflavored or peach)
1 tsp organic blue spirulina (different than green—this is the antioxidant bomb!)
1 dropper of Dr. Berg Electrolyte Concentrate in Pomegranate-Cherry
Optional: ¼ cup coconut water (for a touch of natural sweetness + potassium)
